The hotel is located near the Clock Tower in the city centre, making it easily accessible to all the major sites. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The rooms had a proper touch of heritage, with the red carpet on the floor and attention to detail in their arrangement. Breakfast was included and served on plastic plates, which was a thoughtful addition.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

I had a lovely experience at this hotel. the location is ideal, nestled in a quiet alley yet conveniently close to the colourful busy clock tower square. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms, with their proper touch of heritage, was impressive. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all there. Oh, and the breakfast included was a nice touch!
All in all, everything was okay.

As a traveler on a budget, I was thrilled with the quality of the hotel facilities and the cleanliness of my room. The four-poster beds and colorful glass windows added a touch of luxury to my stay. The hotel's location to all the major sites was ideal, as it allowed me to easily explore this city without needing transportation. Additionally, the staff were kind and helpful, making me feel very welcome. Finally, the breakfast was tasty and affordable, providing a great start to my day.
Almost perfect, but there was one rude staff member at the reception desk who dampened my experience a bit.

The hotel had a nice building with a unique charm that was different from other hotels. The room was beautiful and spacious enough to move around with ease. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, not far from the main hustle and bustle of the city, which gave us the advantage of enjoying a quiet atmosphere.
The staff wasn't friendly or helpful and didn't tend to our needs. They were rude and inconsiderate, which was really disappointing.

The hotel's location near the colourful busy clock tower square was a major highlight. It allowed us easy access to all the major sites and to cheaper places we've stayed at in the past. The attention to detail in the heritage-inspired rooms and the friendly staff made our stay truly memorable. We also enjoyed the included breakfast, which was served on plastic plates but still delicious.
All was good, no improvements needed.
